A struggling artist trying to make it. Sometimes I'll indulge in fandom amidst artwork postings and sketches. Actually most of the time. Also, I apparently have a lot of feelings about racism and sexism.

Current shows I'm watching are Nikita, Hawaii Five-O, The Walking Dead, Elementary, probably more to come as long as people of color are represented.

Anti white washing, anti white privilege, anti racism, anti sexism, anti all other isms...people just need to be decent people.

Sesame Street holds a very special place in my heart.   It’s been a pleasure rediscovering the show with all the little ones in my family.  It’s a brilliant program that teaches children about diversity and basic math and reading skills in creative, fun ways.  It also teaches amazing messages about friendship and acceptance that are truly important for little ones.  I love it.

Wow.  How can people condemn Sesame Street? 

I didn’t really grow up watching the show, but I remember that they had an episode that featured Puerto Rican bomba music.  You know how much that means to me?  Sesame Street recognized my culture and that is an amazing thing.

You know what, Sesame Street is awesome.
