So, I think #NotYourAsianSidekick was a HUGE success. Started by the awesome Suey Park and Juliet Shen of Fascinasians, Asian people all over the world contributed their experiences and kept the hashtag trending for over 24 hours. Above are some screenshots of my faves, plus a few of my own.

If you guys want to check what people are saying, what voices needed to be heard, check out the hashtag on twitter. It’s a start to a really great movement that hopefully will help put Asian American feminism on the mainstream radar.
